Andrew Harder puts the finishing touches on the restoration of the front door at The Randleman House. Funding for this project was provided by Questers. Another piece completed of this beautiful home!   

As money and time allow the Lustron Home will be decorated with Mid-Century Modern furnishings and and accents. It will be available to tour or rent for small gatherings.  We are working on a "wish list" of things we need for this  project: curtains, seating, lamps, shelving etc. If you have an item you think would fit into this period (1948-1959) please give us a call at 515-989-9999. Our committee will review items and decide which will work in our project. Please note that items donated to CAHS are solely the property of CAHS and will be used and or disposed of as needed. We cannot return items to the original owner. 

Also we have  significant landscaping issues to work on this summer. Overflow parking, drainage control and beautification projects will be ongoing for some time. We would love to hear your ideas and welcome your  help.
